  • Reservation Confirmation
    • All guests are required to sign a rental agreement specific to the property being booked. Please note, your reservation is not considered confirmed until this agreement is signed digitally.
    • A security deposit will be held on the renter’s credit card for damages. If no damages occur, the hold will be released 3 days after departure. If damages exceed the amount of the held deposit, guests will receive an additional charge on their credit card.
      • Please note, we do not have control over your credit card company and some companies take longer than 3 days to process the release.
  • Arrival Information
    • Guests will receive check-in information on the day of arrival once the property is fully inspected. All properties offer a self check-in process.
    • Check-in time is 4pm or later.
    • Early arrivals will be permitted when able based on the preparation schedule for the property. Fees may apply.
  • Departure Information
    • Prior to departure, guests should load and run the dishwasher, put all trash into trash receptacles, ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked and return keys to the lockbox.
    • For properties with keys, a $25 fee will be assessed for lost, misplaced or unreturned keys.
    • Late departures are permitted when able based on the preparation schedule for the property. Fees may apply.
  • Property Rules and Information
    • Pets are only permitted at specific properties with a one-time pet fee. This is a nonrefundable fee. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.
      • Pet Rules: Pets are not permitted on the furniture at any time. Cleanup of outdoor areas is required prior to checkout. Additional fees will be charged for excessive cleaning and yard cleanup.
    • Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. You may smoke outside, 25-feet away from any building. An additional fee of $300 will be charged for violation of this rule.
    • Maximum occupancy rules apply to each property based on capacity requirements from the state fire marshal. Any guest found to be exceeding the maximum occupancy will be required to vacate the premises without compensation.
    • Many of our properties are located in residential communities. Because of this, we have a “Quiet Time” policy from 10pm to 7am. During this time, guests should refrain from loud music or other loud noises that could reach the neighboring properties.
    • All vehicles must park in designated parking spaces. Street parking is not permitted.
    • Grills should be cleaned and gas turned off when not in use.
